Tricia Companey is our Accounting Manager and Real Estate Agent. From a young child Tricia has been involved in the family Real Estate business of flipping properties, Real Estate Sales, Property Management, and Remodeling.
Tricia has replaced over 10 roofs, install new construction windows, lay down laminate flooring, interior/exterior painting and most recent she built and installed the kitchen cabinets for her rental property. Before she made a full commitment to making Real Estate her long goal career, she was the head accounting manager for two worldwide companies.

Tricia’s passion for Real Estate has brought her great accomplishments and is eager to continue working in an industry that is always evolving. In her free time Tricia is a devoted Giants fan, 49er faithful and a Mother to her young toddler. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, taking short trips to our Sonoma County Beaches and enjoying the local Sonoma County Wines.

Born in Mexico, Laura has been a Sonoma County resident for 21 years now. 

She enjoys helping property owners and tenants alike. This includes helping tenants find their next place to call home, leasing vacant properties, handling maintenance issues, and working with the vendors on property renovations. 

When she is not working on her business, Laura spends time with her 2 kids and husband.   

Her goal in the near future is to purchase her own home. 

Katherine was born in Santa Rosa and has lived here in Sonoma County her entire life. 

Her favorite hobby is photography. When not working at Property Rentals, she enjoys taking her dogs on walks and capturing memorable images.

I was born in Sonoma County to Mexican Parents and have lived all of my life in Wine Country.  I am a new Mom to a 3 month old baby Ivan and I enjoy traveling with my husband. 

I enjoy trying new things, new scenery, new foods and meeting new people. I am a Giants Fan and I enjoy going to the beach.  You can find me flying a kite at the beach.

I am in the process of getting my Real Estate License and looking forward to becoming a Property Manager.
